Dr. Keith Kirby is a board-certified diplomat of Pain Medicine, Physical Medicine, and Rehabilitation. He is a leading expert in nonsurgical treatment for patients who suffer from degenerative disc disease and disc herniation of the spine, SI joint problems, sciatica, peripheral neuropathy, shingles, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, and many other cases of persistent pain. He received his degree from Chicago Medical and carried out his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. After practicing with the Neurological Institute of Savannah for 10 years, Dr. Kirby opened Savannah Pain Management in May 2005. During the summer of 2008, Dr. Kirby opened the Savannah Pain Center, the only Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Savannah metropolitan area specifically dedicated to the treatment of pain. Dr. Kirby's goal is to get each patient back to spending time with their family and enjoying everyday activities in life.

Margaret Reinhart started working at Savannah Pain Management in 2008, and has been a nurse practitioner for 16 years. She received her Associate's degree in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic in Savannah, Georgia in 1995. In 2005, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the Medical College of Georgia-Augusta, and in 2008 she acquired her Masters of Science Degree in Family Practice from Albany State University. Prior to working at Savannah Pain Management, she worked at the Tifton Medical Center as a Registered Nurse for 11 years. Margaret grew up in Savannah and is extremely pleased to have the skills necessary to help people in the local community.
William Grabowski started working as a Physician's Assistant at Savannah Pain Management in 2012. He acquired his Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in June 2006. Prior to his studies, he served Active duty in the United States Coast Guard as a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer and Emergency Medical Technician. Currently, he serves in the United States Coast Guard Reserve as a Command Medical Officer. William is dedicated to helping others and has been a wonderful addition to our team at Savannah Pain Management.
